REFUND POLICY

At Concept and Intelligence Learning Group And Technology (CILGT), we are committed to providing high-quality services in website making, digital marketing, and education teaching. Due to the nature of our services, we have established a No Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Services Provided

CILGT provides various services, including but not limited to website development, digital marketing, and educational programs. By purchasing any of these services, you agree to our No Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for our services are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website development and design services
  • Digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Educational programs, courses, and training sessions

3. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we may consider refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Provided: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service, you may be eligible for a refund. This does not include delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as technical issues or client delays in providing necessary information.Refund will be provided 3-7 bank working days.
  • Duplicate Payment: In the case of accidental duplicate payments, a refund will be processed for the duplicate transaction.Refund will be provided 3-7 bank working days.

4. Changes to Services

If you wish to make changes to the services you have purchased, such as modifications to a website design or changes to a digital marketing campaign, additional charges may apply. These changes do not qualify for a refund under our No Refund Policy.
